Our
inspiration for the Janbury Projects Logistics Program stemmed
from our construction counterparts in European nations who approach construction
support activities as a planned and sustainable management science. All too
often site management struggles to acquire these essential support services,
often having to deal with several different companies and/or attempting to
self-perform a portion of the activities with project staff. The Janbury
Project Logistics Program has been modeled to provide a single source
responsibility or “one stop shopping” for essential construction support
