Safety & Welfare Management
Tailored Safety
Solutions
As with Security Management, the Safety Program offered by
Janbury Logistics Management can also be tailored to meet line item budget
restraints OR can be relied on to provide a realistic quantitative budget for
pre-construction budget creation. Employing a proven structured process of
collaboration with Construction Management, Janbury will create an outline
summary of site specific Safety protocol. With this outline information in
hand, Janbury will then apply proven methods and means to create a menu proposal
itemizing cost for each Safety Management requirement. Again, the menu proposal
identifying and itemizing line item costs is designed to give Construction
Management the opportunity to use their discretion in creating a Safety
Management Program to meet their site specific requirements and expectations.
Janbury’s
Roll
Janbury recognizes that traditionally, most Construction
Management firms employ and/or identify a representative of the company as
corporate Safety Officer. His or her duties as Safety Officer may require a
full time job effort or in some instances may be a part-time responsibility
shared with other job duties. In either situation the corporate Safety Officer
is ultimately responsible for formulating a corporate wide Safety Program and
assuring that all projects sites are in compliance.
Janbury’s menu of Safety Services can range from simply assisting
the Site Construction Management Safety Enforcement Officer in his
responsibilities and duties. OR Janbury Logistics Management can be called on
to provide more complex and far ranging responsibilities to include
total Site Safety.
Safety & Welfare
Services Menu
As noted previously, should Construction Management elects to
commit to employ other Janbury Logistic Management services, there
may be the benefit of overlapping scope and/or responsibility, ultimately
translating into efficiencies of performance and cost reduction. For
example, Safety Services and Waste Management go hand in hand in that a
“clean site makes for a safe environment”. Additionally, a single source
responsibility for “continuous clean efforts”, will assure that all
barricades are replaced after debris is removed from a building assuring
Safety Services compliance. A menu of some of Janbury Safety
Management Services are as follows:
