As previously noted, if Construction Management elects to
employ other additional services provided by Janbury Logistic
Management such as Waste Management, there will exist certain economies
of overlaps in scope. For example, example, the same hoisting equipment
utilized for Waste Management debris removal can be readily available for
Material Hoisting. Not only could the same hoisting equipment be
utilized but there would also be additional economies of both skilled and
unskilled labor.
Vertical Personnel
Traffic Management
Janbury Logistics Management can
also design and provide safe building access systems for Personnel. In
conjunction with Construction Management, Janbury can create site
specific recommendations for Vertical Personnel Traffic Management. Again,
Janbury Logistics Management can provide a single source for installation,
maintenance, relocation and final removal.
Where existing vertical material and personnel
lifting equipment is already in place, Janbury can provide
supervisory personnel to operate said equipment to insure safety and
efficiency of use.
