Roy Ford, Owner/Manager – A very experienced and successful construction project manager. His experience and responsibilities over the years extend to many large and prestigious clients throughout Europe and the United States. He is a skillful negotiator who conducts business with an entrepreneurial flair. Since the concept of Janbury in 2001 he has consistently increased the company business to a multi million-dollar turnover employing in excess of fifty permanent staff.

Susan Winston, Operations Director – Certified in two specialties, Susan taught for eight years for the Boston Public Schools, Department of Defense and the University of Maryland, respectively. She then went to work as Operations Director for a Boston-based distributor. In 1990, she formed a corporation to import and distribute tile products throughout the U.S. and in 1996 opened a retail showroom for sale of ceramic and tile products. She relocated to Florida in 2003 and became operations director at Janbury.
