the goals and objectives of any project to be achieved, we recognize that the
Janbury Project Team will need to be an integral partner with the Project
Management Team. There are a number of critical success factors that we will
have to achieve to deliver the Janbury Project Logistics Program:

to integrate and collaborate with others within the Project Management Team.
Acceptance
by ALL of standards, procedures and implementation directed toward achieving the
highest standards for Safety, Health and Environment
Evaluation
and employment of the precise staff and suppliers, matching experience and
capabilities to deliver our needs and the needs of the project
Ensure
that the Logistics Management strategy is integrated into the ultimate goals of
project delivery
Provide
detailed budget cost projections based upon price, quality and schedule
Recognition
of Logistic Services direct and indirect “value added” to overall project
success
